Best Place for tea - Dobra Tea

The secret to Dobra’s success is no secret, said co-owner Alli Jukiro: “We love tea, we love this valley, and we have the most amazing employees.” Dobra focuses on the in-house experience, Jukiro said, which means the design of the shop “samples from every culture where tea is a prominent part of life. We take inspiration for our aesthetic from India, Morocco, China, Japan, and the Middle East. We call ourselves a bohemian tearoom, in the sense that it’s a free space to mix with a lot of cultures.” Dobra is busiest in winter, Jukiro said, “but we also have over a dozen chilled teas, and we expand on that every year.” And the clientele varies widely, she said. “Some people come in and work for hours. We see a lot of first dates. We even have people coming in facing identity crises. Here, everyone can feel safe.”
