The Boar's Head Festival

This winter, the Trinity United Methodist Church presents its highly anticipated and unique Christmas celebration. The Boar’s Head Festival recreates the magic of a medieval court’s Yuletide celebrations with king and jesters, ladies and song. Hear the retelling of the ancient story of the Epiphany and take delight in the three Wise Men, their camels and their message. At once a special religious event and an enjoyable outing for the less ecclesiastically inclined, the Boar’s Head Festival has been a highlight of the Springfield season for decades.

Jan. 11, 7:30 p.m.; Jan. 12, 3:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m.; Jan. 13, 3:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m., Trinity United Methodist Church, 361 Sumner Ave, Springfield, (413) 733-4759, www.trinityspringfield.org.
