Beer pioneer Jim Koch and his team at Sam Adams have been at it since 1984, helping to build the craft beer market in the United States and, beyond his original Boston Lager, turning out some really tasty beers. We’re lucky enough to be on the mailing list, so we’ve had the chance to sample many of the brewery's recent batches, including a crisp ale brewed with coriander and salt to commemorate the Boston Marathon. Sam Adam’s new Rebel IPA is also quite good.
