This is a tattoo done by Tim Senecal at Off the Map completed January 2015. It is an autism representation for my son. The humming birds are piecing together morning glory flowers with an eagle watching above giving strength and guidance.
I have suffered domestic violence for seven years. My ex got into a relationship with another girl and somehow we came in contact and we became best friends knowing we both suffered abuse from the same man. It made us a strong union. We came up with the text “Amicitia Fortior,” which we both have tattooed on our legs. It is Latin for “stronger because of friendship.” The four stars stand for our kids. I have three and she has one, both by the same man. We really came out stronger because of our friendship and that’s what got us through this hard period.
