Caminito has been in business for about 15 years, and the foundation is simple, says Executive Chef Aaron Goff: “great wine, wood fire, and salt.” Goff describes himself as the leader of a group of talented young chefs looking to take their talents to the next level under owner Brian Doyle. Just this past year, the popular Northampton steak-house added brunch to the previously dinner-only restaurant. It ’s also the wood fire and atmosphere on the patio is what keeps people coming back, along with the great food, Doyle says.
