Pete St. Martin of Sylvester’s says the restaurant is known for breakfast, brunch, and real good food. The business has been around for more than 35 years, and it wasn’t always easy. Keeping up with changing tastes, times, and trends in the food business is something that has led to their continued suc- cess, according to St. Martin. “We’re always creating new and different drinks and items for our brunches on the weekends,” he says. St. Martin commends the staff of Sylvester’s, who he says are amazing. “We wouldn’t have made it past the first year without our amazing staff,” he says.
