Shelburne Falls Roasters started with one roaster and café in the village of Shelburne Falls nearly 30 years ago. Since then their business has expanded to several locations across the Pioneer Valley, including in Hadley and a new store in downtown Northampton. Samantha Fuery is the manager of the Hadley store and the hiring manager. She says that one thing that sets their coffee apart is the consistency in the roast, and the fact that the knowledge from the roasters trickles down to all of the employees. “And definitely great customer service,” Fuery says. Fuery says that Shelburne Falls always has new items on the menu and that every day there might be a new drink or food special. “We ’re always improving,” says Fuery.
