I am a reggae musician. I run a recording studio called Caboose2Zion. I have played in Loose Caboose for 30 years. I also started a reggae festival in 1985. It is called the Charlemont Reggae Festival. This event always takes place on the first Saturday after Labor Day. This annual event was set up to feature local Western Massachusetts reggae musicians. Loose Caboose was the first reggae band to play live at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We were part of Bob Marley's induction ceremony, with my friend Roger Steffens. I am proud to be a reggae ambassador. My first two CDs were recorded in Jamaica. My latest was recorded at my own studio. I joined the Grammy academy when I learned that they were considering dropping reggae from their music list category. I also do graphics artwork in a style called stipple. I started doing posters and T-shirts for the band. Now I do art shows with a Bob Marley and the Wailers theme. The new Loose Caboose CD is now complete. It is called Back on the Track. I invited the original Loose Caboose band members to be a part of this project. This was recorded at Caboose2Zion Studio. Reggae in motion.
