Sunset Properties, LLC of Holyoke is almost done converting 1914 buildings into "affordable luxury" condominiums on Springfield’s Pearl Street. Unfortunately, the Pearl Street Condos Web site is long on words, short on pictures, and does not elicit thoughts of luxury, affordable or otherwise.
Instead, the site makes it seem as though we have exited the rear of the wardrobe, singular lamppost and special, glowing font and all.
The designer is based in Sunderland. Maybe a more city-savvy Web developer could build on the marketing concept? Is there a marketing concept?
Mmm, luxury. The electronic gate says it all.
