Oh, happy day. Isn’t this the very first time a Bush administration official has been dragged into court and found guilty? How many more will follow?
My favorite comment from the one juror who’s openly talking to the press– he says they felt kind of sorry for ol’ Scooter, because he was the fall guy for Karl Rove and Cheney. I can’t even think of anything clever to say. This is simply a very, very good day for America.
And meanwhile, the Senate is getting an earful from the U.S. Attorneys fired by the Bushies for what certainly appear to be political reasons.
I think it may be time to get the popcorn. This is getting better and better.
