Northampton wetlands ordinance tabled until September 20.

After learning that the Northampton Conservation Commission scheduled a vernal pool work-group meeting for Tuesday, September 11, 2007 @ 4:30 PM in the city hall hearing room located on the second floor at 210 Main Street, the city council voted to table the wetlands ordinance pending the outcome of that meeting. A formal vote to separate the vernal pool provisions from the wetlands ordinance was not taken though several councilors stated that they did not wish to separate the issues.
