The Futter Gallery in the Mount Holyoke College Art Museum is displaying a painting, a print, and over 150 photographs recently donated by the Andy Warhol Foundation. The painting is a piece from the Diamond Dust Shoes series, currently being used as part of the college’s teaching curriculum. The photographs, black-and-white and Polaroids, include Truman Capote, as well as other celebrities and unknown models. The Focus on Andy Warhol exhibit aims to allow the public to access the idiosyncratic pop artist’s headspace and to get a taste of his step-by-step processes.
