Last night I dreamed I was playing a lot of shows in an indie rock festival. Truman Capote was in charge. I was pleasantly surprised by how much he paid.

ADDITIONAL: Has anyone noticed that this cartoonist dude Pat Oliphant, even if he's everywhere all the time and won a Pulitzer in 1966, has more problems than just offensiveness? I mean, has anyone bothered to notice that he's a half-baked cartoonist, both as an artist (what exactly is that little "Gaza" figure in his latest offense supposed to be, anyway??) and as a humorist? He's so slapdash that he actually reused the same cartoon idea twice with a slightly different drawing. Even when he occasionally makes points I can agree with, he rubs me the wrong way.

I'd rather read that Kelly dude at the Onion. At least he's supposed to be dumbly unfunny. Even Cathy is funnier than this. I didn't think anything could be worse than Cathy.
