Why you're brilliant (or, possibly, not)

Those goldanged scientists have discovered some very interesting things of late about heredity and the brain. Turns out it's far more complicated than people used to think, with genes being expressed or not according to which of the parents contributed what and other factors. The article does a very good job of explaining some complex processes. Well worth a read. (Even if, as Pew contends, scientists are disproportionately Democrats–see last post.)
