Subject: PVTA Bus Rider Survey – Now Online!
The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission is conducting a customer satisfaction survey of PVTA bus riders who use the routes in the Northampton/UMass Amherst/Five College area (all routes in Hampshire County). Paper surveys are now being offered aboard PVTA buses on these routes. In addition, an on-line survey version of this survey (takes about 5 minutes) is available at:

You are welcome to forward these links to people or groups who you think may be regular PVTA riders in this area and would like to offer their opinions. The on-line survey will be open until Sunday, October 25, 2009. Please advise potential survey takers: DO NOT complete the online survey if they have already filled out a paper survey – and if they do complete the online survey, DO NOT take a paper survey if one is offered to aboard a bus.
