City buys Fedora property by landfill for $600,000

According to the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds, the City of Northampton has purchased another property abutting the Glendale Road landfill. Recorded Tuesday, October 20, the property was transferred from Michael and Lillian Fedora to the city for the amount of $600 thousand. The Quitclaim deed states the property contains, "twenty (20) acres, more or less."
