Nostalgia-rama!
Yes, it’s been 27 years, but we’re still wicked bummed that someone discontinued Nintendo Cereal. Who decided to deny us the joy of munching berry-flavored Mario Goombas and Zelda shields? Each box came with a trading card, and you could even enter to win a Power Pad NES, which was basically a fold-out tarp with sensors to stomp on, in the era before Dance Dance Revolution! Oh, well. The Quarters lets us re-experience our morning nostalgia fits with Super Cereal Saturday, where kids and adults can enjoy old-school cartoons, an unlimited cereal buffet, and unlimited games. Stop by and take your sugar high on a Rampage — Saturday morning only comes around once a week.
Super Cereal Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. $8 for kids 12 and under; $10 for adults. The Quarters, 8 Railroad St., Hadley. (413) 429-4263, hadleyquarters.com.
