Rebecca Fitzgerald, owner of Forget Me Not Florist in Northampton, says she’s been in the industry for more than 15 years and decided to open up shop in Northampton a decade ago to bring her creative flower shop to life. “I think that my excitement and creativity with what I do really brings the florals alive,” she says. “I know there’s a lot of interesting flowers that you wouldn’t find in any other stores. We use a lot of herbs and natural greens.” Fitzgerald says one thing she thinks stands out is her business’s customer service. “I want it to feel like an experience, not so much as a transaction,” she says. “I want that personable experience.”
