Co-owners Donna McNeight and Amy Dickinson are gracious and grateful. When asked about what she likes about serving customers in the Valley, McNeight says, “What better place to do business!” McNeight and Dickinson took Gazebo over three years ago from Judith Fine and McNeight understands that continuing the secrets of the store’s success include the all-powerful art of good customer service. “Each person who comes through our doors is celebrated,” she says. “Regardless of size, shape and, frankly, gender. This is a no-judgment zone.” Gazebo has been in business in Northampton for more than 40 years.
