For the past nine years, Valley Bike and Ski Werks has become the spot for bikers and skiers all over New England. Owners Charlie Canalizo, Dave Buckley, and Geoff Christoph created a shop that represents their knowledge and passion for the roads and mountains. They take the time to assist customers in finding the right gear and equipment they need. If something isn’t right with what they did, then they want to make it right. Canalizo says, “We do the best we can to try to please everyone. We don’t want to have any unsatisfied customers out there.” He continues, “We want customers to have a great experience, so it’s important to have good interactions with them and make sure they’re satisfied.”
