Caminito has been in business for about 15 years, and the foundation is simple, says Executive Chef Aaron Goff: “great wine, wood fire, and salt.” Goff describes himself as the leader of a group of talented young chefs looking to take their talents to the next level under owner Brian Doyle. Just this past year, the popular Northampton steakhouse added brunch to the previously dinner-only restaurant. It’s also the wood fire and atmosphere on the patio is what keeps people coming back, along with the great food, Doyle says.
