Gionfriddo grills hand-cut Black Angus beef steaks over all an all-natural apple and cherry wood fire like Argentina’s gauchos. To complement the choice cuts of steak, Gionfriddo offers diners a full beer and wine menu featuring top-shelf Malbecs—full-bodied red wine from South America—and live music three nights a week.
Every Thursday and Saturday, patrons of the steakhouse can relax to the sounds of Alvaro Olvera Sanchez (pictured, left) playing Mexican bolero and authentic Argentinian music. On Friday nights, master guitarist Jeremy Milligan (pictured, right) is in residence, expertly playing acoustic guitar music from South America, Central America and Spain.
