I understand he wants the economy to grow but I am not sure i understand what he means when he says he wants to make the economy "throb". Anyway maybe it is me but i just do not think you can stimulate an economy by rubbing on it. It is not like an economy is an actual thing, it is just there the same way weather is and you can not rub on the weather and you do not hear abt the weather ever throbbing outside. Of course you can go ahead and rub a snowman or an icicle or something like that but those are things that come FROM the weather and they do not really throb they just melt.
Anyhow i am not an economist or anything and I spose all of this makes sense to economists and that is what is really important even if they are preverts.
