I and jake have borrowed that big TV what those summer people up the road have so we cld watch the world series btw the boston red sox and the colorado iraqis, along w/ their microwave and toaster what does 6 slices at a time and their waffle iron and also some of their furniture and other sundries and whatnots.
anyway now that we have got the tv all hooked up we have been flipping thru the channels and watching those cooking shows. now, i like to cook abt as much as the next fellow, which means not much. but let me tell you what: these women what host these cooking shows sure do not look like julia child anymore. And so i and jake have got a favorite cooking show which dody supports b/c she says I have got a thing or two to learn abt a thing or two. So what happened was on this one show I and jake like the cooking woman was talking abt spices and seasonings and what goes w/ what and the suchlike and then she said quote "cumin can spice up a sweet dish, and cumin is popular in India. There is nothing like cumin when you are rubbing a lamb."
Well I just do not see what that kind of thing has to do w/ cooking. I am not a prude but i do not bring that kind of talk w/ me to the kitchen and so I and jake turned that channel so dody wld not get the wrong idea abt what we were watching.
I will tell you what: i was enjoying that cooking show but i do not think i will watch it again.
