This place is so much more than a sugar shack. It’s also a mini golf course, petting zoo, ice cream stand, and a big local edibles market. The North Hadley Sugar Shack recently started staying open all year instead of closing in the winter. “Maple is still a huge part of what we do. It’s why we started, it’s why we’re here,” says Shelly Boisvert, who co-owns the shack with her husband Joe.
