So, how did you do?

For every art piece that you correctly  placed in a community, town, or city,  give yourself one point.

0-5: Maybe see an optometrist or take more walks. One of two things is probably going on here. Either you have poor vision and should get it checked out, or you need to slow down a bit from time to time and let yourself take in the occasionally unexpected loveliness around you. Art and inspiration are everywhere, but you have to be open to experiencing it.

6-18: Casual outside art lover. You see artwork on the sides of the road and under bridges, and every now and again these creations have a profound impact on you. You can probably list several awesome outside pieces of art that you love, but if pressed, remembering where they are is difficult. This map is just what you need to rediscover old installations and find new ones.

19-27: FAN. You’ve got some favorite pieces near where you reside that you visit at least several times a year. You know the artists behind the pieces and post photos of what you find to Instagram and Facebook. You’ve probably been to an outside art opening or an unveiling or two.

28-36: Outside art aficionado. You’ve got your eyes open wherever you go, looking for art down alleyways and on electric boxes. When you find something, you stop to appreciate it — or at least make a conscious decision about why you don’t like it. You take the inspiration you find and apply it to your life. Finding a new piece can change your mood, or even your day. You know the artists behind the work and have probably contributed to a public art project, too. You have supreme outside art aficionado bragging rights. Go you! Tell your friends, and take them on a tour of the Valley’s best roadside art.
