Two performers voted Most Wanted Artists for the 2009 Falcon Ridge Folk Festival come together to play the Pioneer Arts Center of Easthampton. Abi Tapia is a songwriter whose optimistic music and upbeat performance style always evidence how much fun she has when she sings. A life-long nomad, she combines the atmospheres of the places she has lived into her "wanderlusty" music, straddling country, folk and rock. Blue Moose and the Unbuttoned Zippers (pictured) mix traditional music from different cultures, add modern innovation and combine eclectic instruments from places they have lived, from the Norwegian hardanger fiddle to the Swedish nyckelharpa.
