i sometimes wish jake never worked at NASA so he didnt know so many politicians b/c i will tell you what: karl rove is no kind of turtle catcher

We have been inundated of late w/ disgraced polticians coming up here to get away from washington dc and i am awful tired of it. we took karl rove out to catch some turtles yesterday and that butterball isnt worth his weight in wheat. first, he waded out to the muddy part of card pond after both i and jake expresly told him not to go there b/c of the leaches. then he got all panicky when we had to burn the leaches off him. And then when we were all in the boat he kept rocking it back and forth and we about tipped over. he also somehow got a fishhook in jakes shoulder and we had not hardly rowed 10 yards and he was already complaining that he had blisters. i will tell you what: i sure do miss bil keane,even tho he burned down travises barn. Ol bil keane knows how to catch a turtle. I will tell you something else: WHoever wants karl rove can have him.
