What happened was that Travis tacked a whole bunch of fly paper to a bird feeder to catch what he said were marauding mice but were probly squirrels, and just like I and jake told him wld happen he ended up getting a whole bunch of chickadees caught on the paper and then a barred owl came out of the woods to eat the stuck chickadees and things went downhill from there until I remembered that one time when I worked at the zoo some kids on a school field trip threw a bunch of bubble gum into the gorilla pen. Well, the gorillas had a fine time w/ the gum but then they fell asleep and it got into their hair. I will tell you what: a lot of smart people spent a long time figuring out whether to shave the gorillas or just let them be. Long story short, I sprayed the gorillas w/ some wd40 and that gum came out just as easy as you please. So that is what I did w/ the owl and it got free and flew up in a tree right above me and then it followed me home.
It is still out there.
