Actually, it is not a chair lift it is a rope tow. We found it on this one part of the ski are that I bet hardly anyone goes to. They probably forgot it was there what w/ all the fancy new chair lifts they have.
Anyway, we rigged it up just as Travis was coming home from what fortunately turned out to be a longer time out of town then he planned & he said, "Hello Frank. Hello Jake. What is that you are you putting in my field?" And so we told him & he said he did not want his field to be a ski area. Then we reminded him how we had discussed all of this at the G8 Economy Summit a couple weeks ago & he said he did not remember this. Then we said how we had all agreed to pool our resources like how cpt slow & dody are going to open a bar and bakery b/c they live closer to town then the rest of us, & how he is going to lend Sheep 242 to Big Tiny for his mobile petting zoo & how I & jake are going to build a ski area on his field. He said he remembered the thing abt the bar & bakery & Big Tiny but he did not remember anything abt a ski area. I said that is probly b/c you were not listening. He said he did not think that was it.
Anyhow, he started to get mad so we made a compromise that we will not build a ski area we will instead build a snowboard park. That is probly for the best b/c that way we do not have to haul the snowcannon all over the place & we can instead just leave it in one place & make one big pile of snow.
So now we have the ropetow but we do really need it. I wonder what we will do w/ it.
