WWLP Channel 22 is reporting the arrest of alleged arsonist Anthony P. (Tony) Baye, 25, of Hawley Street, Northampton for the December 27, 2009 fire on Fair Street in the city which claimed two lives.

A member of Friends of Northampton Arson Victims has posted the link to Baye's Facebook page. According to the member Baye joined the arson victims' group. This joining is indeed posted on Baye's wall.
