On Halloween, Carl and Martin Bridge — the brothers behind Janus Arts — will transform Gateway City Arts into a kaleidoscopic wonderland for the third year running. Swirling specters and luminous skeletons will abound as a host of musicians and DJs drop bone-rattling beats. The night’s four musical acts include the “sweeping poly-rhythmic soundscapes” of EYES, the West African-inspired percussion troupe Kidmandi, DJ Shawn Starkweather of OM Frequency, and the Boston-based glitch hop producer Caelis. In addition to dark art on display, more than a dozen artists will create live works. Costumes are required — “come on kids … it’s Halloween!” — and the Gateway City bar will be open for drinks.

Oct. 31, 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., $15. Gateway City Arts, 92-114 Race St., Holyoke.
