Started in 2014, Small Oven Bakery has made itself into the place to go for sourdough breads, special occasion cakes, French style pastries, and assorted lunch and breakfast options. Co-owners Amanda Milazzo and Julie Copoulos wanted to develop Easthampton in a positive way, and the city didn’t have a bakery. They say their wonderful staff is the bakery’s support system, and that they are the reason the bakery has been successful.
