I am confused by those Coca Cola cans that show Santa getting mauled by a polar bear

I understand he wants the economy to grow but I am not sure i understand what he means when he says he wants to make the economy "throb". Anyway maybe it is me but i just do not think you can stimulate an economy by rubbing on it. It is not like an economy...I can not hear any thing b/c I used my Q tip wrong again
