Been cold so I used the ben gay on the broccoli.

I am surprised i never thot of it before. We had a frost last nite but I coated all the garden plants w/ ben gay & they did just fine. It takes longer then covering them w/ a sheet but a sheet only keeps the frost off them it does not actually warm them up, despite what Martha Steward wld have you believe. But Ben Gay is just the ticket for making yr garden go an extra couple weeks b/c it gets the warmth right down in the plant pores where you want it.
